I am interested in a product that is not on your website, could it be made available?

Our goal of the Omnicell brand store is to make sure that the Omnicell brand is being represented in the best possible way with marketing approved items. If you don’t see something on the site then fill out the form under the “custom orders” link. Please keep in mind that custom orders will have longer turnaround times due to the approval process.

I am interested in using a different version of the logo. Is this possible?

May I place an order via telephone or email?

We ask and encourage you to place your order online, however, customer service is available at omnicellsupport@robertsonmarketing.com to assist you Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.

How do I pay for an order?

The site accepts all major credit cards: AMEX, MasterCard, Discover, and VISA. Please make sure that the billing address matches the one for the card you are using. Your card will be charged when the order ships. When you receive your bill from your credit card company, it will state that the merchant is Robertson Marketing Group. Robertson Marketing manages the store on behalf of Omnicell. Please be sure to retain a copy of your order confirmation email for your records. Will I be charged sales tax?

In states where our commerce service provider and fulfillment partners have operations, we are required to charge sales tax on product purchases as well as shipping and handling. The Omnicell Store currently collects sales tax in the following states: AL, CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WV.

How much is shipping and handling for my order?

Shipping and handling charges are calculated using the destination and package weight. Your shipping charges will be indicated when your order is placed. In your shopping cart calculate the charges by selecting the destination and level of service.

Which shipping methods do you use?

All domestic orders will ship via UPS and all international orders will ship via FedEx, both using the best way option available.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, the Omnicell Store does ship internationally.

Can products be shipped to PO boxes/APO/FPO addresses?

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. All products can be shipped to APO and FPO addresses and will typically be sent via USPS. When shipping to an APO/FPO, please remember to indicate the following: for recipients within the United States; AE for recipients in Canada, Europe, Africa or the Middle East; and, AP for recipients in Asia or the Pacific. For all addresses select the United States from the country pull-down menu.

May I split-ship my order to different addresses?

Yes, you may split-ship (or multiship) your order to different addresses. Go to your Shopping Cart and click on the link "Check out with Multiple Address" under the "Go to Checkout" button. Once there you may add the various addresses and select the items that need to ship to each. Save and proceed to checkout. 

What is the dropship fee?

We understand some shipments call for a portion of your items to go to another location. If the product features a dropship fee, the vendor will charge for each additional shipping location. This fee can be avoided by shipping to an Omnicell location and arrange for them to separate and ship the order. 

When will I receive my on demand order?

The Omnicell store only offers on-demand merchandise. On-demand products are not warehoused but are instead, are decorated and fulfilled after the order is placed. On-demand items ship directly from the vendor. The production time is listed for each item, this process could take up to 4 weeks.  Please allow additional time for delivery. Also, please note that there is a minimum order value for all on-demand items.

When will I receive my inventory store order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and our goal is 100 percent accuracy on quantity and timeliness for all shipments.

Standard (UPS Ground), non-expedited orders received, will ship within two business days (48 hours). Express-shipping orders (Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select UPS orders) placed by 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, pending credit card authorization, will be shipped the same day.

All standard deliveries are shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive within four to seven days. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

May I place a rush order?

If you want to place an expedited order, please select the Overnight shipping at checkout.

Can I order quantities larger or smaller than those specified on the website?

In most cases, there is a minimum order requirement. Some vendors will allow you to pay a “less than minimum” fee to order smaller quantities. For larger orders please contact omnicellsupport@robertsonmarketing.com.

May I cancel my order?

Order processing begins the moment you place your order. However, it may be possible to stop the order prior to it reaching the warehouse. Contact customer support at omnicellsupport@robertsonmarketing.com to see if it is possible to still cancel your order.

What is the policy on returns?

As a company that takes pride in quality, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Products that have not been used and are in new condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the product shipment.

For a return, we will credit the card or cost center used to place the order. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package. Packages must be returned prepaid – we do not accept COD deliveries. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Please include the original packing slip and circle the product(s) that you are returning and whether you would like to be credited or have an exchange. If you do not have the packing list, please write the above information on a blank piece of paper, and include your name, the person's email address that placed the order, and your address.

Does this store comply with California Proposition 65?

Yes. For information on California Proposition 65, visit https://www.p65warnings.ca.gov/. Products being shipped to California will contain a notification sticker identifying that an item or items in the package have been identified by the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
